Couldn't help me, don't know why
You can't call them and if you want to fill in the form it doesn't allow it. And every month it cost money and I don't use it at all.

I signed up just for the dollar trial I'm in Mexico and you guys are taking $42 out of my Visa bank account through Chase I want to know why you did that and even when I click on profiles now since you say I have a month membership. Can't find a phone number for them to cancel membership. They say you can submit a form to cancel your membership, but every time I try, the thing to verify that you're a human glitches out, so you are unable to submit the form.

I paid for a 24 hour trial and was charged for a month. Conveniently, they never provided an amount I was charged in their confirmation email.
They keep profiles of members who cancelled their accounts to make it look as though they have more member than they do. The number of active members is very few.
